I just had a look at the leaderboard for February and it is tight !! There are 29 girls whose scores range from 8.49 to 8.57. Man this is going to be one exciting month ! Anyone out of over 30 girls can win it because there are a few more just off the 8.49.

That would have to be close to the dream job of all time. The forums sure have been quiet this month.

With regard to the yo-yoing, there seems to be an epidemic of targeted, malicious downvoting going on. I've had 2 messages from friends about it (as you guys will have as well). It's obviously very painful for the girls. IMHO they are all too beautiful and good natured to us to deserve it.

I don't know about this downvoting James and yeah I've got a few messages about it but the scores are actually going up from my observation.

At the end of voting on Feb 7 we've got it sitting like this.

Ice Queen is ruling the roost right now on 8.65 with Lisa not too far behind on 8.57. Following these two lovely ladies are 37 girls between 8.56 and 8.49. That's a lot of beautiful and personality filled sweeties within close proximity of each other.

Tiger's verdict ?? Still early and too close to call - anything can happen. I'll give another close of play general update tomorrow and each day of the month : )

It is tru mutant about the downvoting it is very painful, it is usully friends of other topp girls who are behind that. I have pretty good experiance on that as I have few of my own pageants and it happens often. I dont care if Im on the topp now with few points ahead my rating before it happent last time was 8.69 now Im still lower. All my points I work hard getting so it is a shame seeing them just fade away..

Ice Queen if you were watching yesterday the only two going down were you AND Lisa. Everyone else came up. Lisa came up from 8.67 in the last half hour only.The voting clock is set to America's west coast so it makes sense girls from that area will have some close supporters on at that time.

When contestant's scores go down people get upset. It must feel like a personal insult to the ladies, eg. Icequeen and Mimi. I wish there was a way to get everyone not to take it so personally, but then I get upset on their behalf, so I'm not one to talk. All I can do is give daily 10's to my friends. You won't get any negative voting from me. Let's stay positive.

Also, yea, it's definitely a killer when you wake up the next morning to find yourself WAY lower than you were the night before.
But they fixed the downvotes last month, I'm sure it can be fixed again if it gets too bad. Again, good luck to ALL the Beautiful Ladies in the contest!!!

There are still those who will drop lower scores on the competition to help their favorites. Yes, Savvy fixed the scores last month and it's good when they can stop the massive voting with multiple accounts. The only problem is that if it stops votes from those who vote from their workplace or business, including a military facility where the computer is networked through one main computer, then it stops the votes from those members. No easy solution to the problem of stopping multiple accounts.

I don't like the down voting and I think it still occurs to some degree, but I understand that if a model is given a 5 or lower, then the person voting that way won't be able to vote for that girl again that month. Sound nice doesn't it! However, you have a 1 though 10 scale and the ones voting should be able to use that scale and vote how they want to vote. It makes no sense whatsoever to have that kind of voting system and then put limits on how someone votes. If a single vote button system were in place, there wouldn't be any complaints about down voting. The votes would just add up each time someone clicked on it. Savvy would still be able to catch those with the multiple accounts like they did last month.

I have to look at both sides of the issue. On one side, you have the downvoting and on the other, you have people not being able to use the whole 1 though 10 scale of a voting system that is currenly in place. That's just the way I see it!

AHA !!! We aren't silly in this forum. We knew something wasn't right didn't we ??

I just woke to check the ISH scores and EVERYONE'S SCORE has gone WAY BACK UP. Seeing as everyone's gone back up I'd be pretty sure downvoting wasn't the problem. My best guess, after looking through one of the blogs, is that the Savvy system has had a bug in it where the scores being entered in weren't being recorded correctly. Example: if I gave someone a ten Savvy was registering an 8. Savvy found the bug and fixed it though didn't they ??

Tiger said to trust Savvy because they don't let us down. The scoreboard will have a whole new look at the end of today's play and it'll be accurate !

You all may have noted everyone's scores have skyrocketed today. I'm sure Savvy have fixed a bug in the system so these scores today are as clean as they get. Four girls come into the ten today while four go out. Tina Marie still sits atop the leaderboard and the scores are spreading out a little more. Here's the update at the end of the day's play :
