I ride a SV650s with full fairing now, the pic was taken when it was still a naked sportsbike though

I had a bike a couple of years ago before I moved to Chicago. It was a Kawasaki Ninja. Not the best but a lot of fun! I love motorcycles and wish I could get one again.

Back in the 80's Honda came out with the V65. 1100cc V4 with 120hp at the rear wheel. They advertised it as 0-60 in 2.5 seconds. It was also the first 10 second production bike at the time. I bought my first one new in 1984 and to get to 60mph it's all in 1st gear. What they didn't say was when you kick it into 2nd the rear tire spins loose. Well I sold it and 2 years ago I bought a 1984 V65, same color even. This bike doesn't look fast, it's a crusier style, but it flies.

Any suggestions on what a 120lb girl should get?

It all depends on your riding skill. Import bikes, I would look at the Honda CBR600's or the CBR900RR. Good power to weight ratio. This one you can throw around all day and not get tired.

If you want an exotic import look at Ducati 748 or a 998. You need some long legs and a deep pocket book for a Ducati.

Harley makes a V-Rod that has good power. It's got a hydraulic clutch so it's easy to hold onto at the stop lights. Easy weight to handle, low center of balance so you could easily handle this one.

I have ridden all of these and I like them all for different reasons.
