Personally I'd say that it’s never too soon, but I am also an avid lingerie tart!

My advice would be to start off simply, perhaps with a cute or sexy pair of knickers to gage the reaction. That way, it is a little more playful and doesn't scream "hot damn, I need to get you into something S-E-X-Y so I may have my wicked way with you", or something along those lines. (Unless, of course, having your wicked way with her is your intention!)

If you really feel the need to purchase some lingerie for your belle, really think about the styles she already wears and stick to something that closely resembles her personal style. The idea is for it to seem so natural that you would buy her lingerie so early in, so be sure to make it more playful and fun. You should note that by ‘playful’ and ‘fun’ I don’t mean edible undies, instead just something like a simple cami and knickers, or if she loves a certain colour or perhaps a penchant for tartan, then go for a little set in that, as it shall give the impression that it caught you eye and new she would DIE for it! Result, a to-die-for new boyfriend!

The exception to this rule would be if you Love Bunnies have planned weekend away, which means you’re both looking for some extra fun. If this is the case, then knock yourself out!

Another option to introduce her to the thought of you buying her lingerie is perhaps making a 'date’ of it and choosing together. I arm couples with a glass of bubbly and hold private viewings after-hours, so it looks like you have gone to SO much effort to organise a magical experience for her that you shall both enjoy and relish afterwards.

Please, please, please remember that we can be fickle things, us girls, and treading with caution can have you on the path to you both reaping the rewards of lingerie delight!
