While this cocktail is a little on the labour-intensive side, it’s sure to impress the ladies.
Ingredients
60ml Havana Club
10ml Absinthe
Cinnamon quill
Orange peel
Mixology
Add absinthe, cinnamon and orange peel to a balloon glass. Ignite contents of the glass. Swirl around for about 30 seconds. Extinguish flames and add the rum to the balloon glass and serve.
Step by Step, Drink by Day
Step 1: Add absinthe to a balloon glass.
Step 2: Add cinnamon quill.
Step 3: Add zested orange peel.
Step 4: Ignite contents and swirl the glass around 30 seconds and then extinguish.
Step 5: Add a double measure of Havana Club. Allow to cool for 30seconds and then serve.
