For those struggling to recycle or do anything else environmentally productive, the Green Haze cocktail will cause people already knee-high in compost this Earth Day to  suffer from the green eyed monster because they didn’t jump on your little green band wagon before the compost. Hey, sometimes you got to be mean to be green!

Ingredients

1 shot Hendricks Gin
1 shot De Kuyper C’reme De Menthe
Pineapple juice
Mint (to garnish)

Mixology

Fill your cocktail shaker with ice then add the De Kuyper Crème de Menthe and gin. Next up, shake what your mother gave you, then strain it into a martini or cocktail glass. Top up with pineapple juice and garnish it with some fresh mint.
