Though some people may envy you that ‘sexy bed head look’, it is really a look that’s soooo 90’s! The naughties are not about rolling around in bed and tossing all night, they’re about more polished hair looks. Root knot! Pumbled ends! Frizz! These are what result in ‘bed hair’ and are a sign that your hair may not be in its best condition, so try a deep conditioning treatment when you’ve got more time on the weekend to smooth and condition hair.

Then for a fast workday regime when time is of essence of a morning, simply buy a water spray and spritz your hair in the morning, then blast off with your blow dryer. It will only take seconds! Healthier, conditioned hair always makes styling easier!

Maybe you should also consider what’s IN your head, as much as you worry about what’s ON your head…why are you so restless at night? Time to take a meditation class, reduce your stress, or simply do as my granny used to suggest - have a hot milk toddy before bed!
